Privacy policy
This policy explains how FLARIO COSMETICS TRADING L.L.C ("Flario", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit flario.ae, contact us, or use a mobile or web app published by us.
Who we are
FLARIO COSMETICS TRADING L.L.C is a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 1044975. Registered office: Office 1905, Al Shafar Tower 1, Barsha Heights (TECOM), P.O. Box 416107, Dubai, UAE. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. What data we collect
- Contact data you give us when you write, call or place a wholesale order: name, company, email, phone number, delivery address.
- Account data when you register in one of our apps: email or phone number, display name, and the profile details you choose to add.
- Content you add in an app, such as messages, preferences or answers to questionnaires. Some of our apps may ask about pregnancy or care routines. You decide what to share, and you can delete it.
- Order data for purchases made directly from us: products, amounts, payment status. Card payments are processed by licensed payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash reports and basic usage statistics.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide customer and app support.
- To process and deliver orders and to issue invoices as required by UAE tax law.
- To run, secure and improve our website and apps.
- To send news and offers, only where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content you add in our apps for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host our systems, send email and messages, process payments and deliver orders, under contracts that require them to protect the data.
- Companies of FLARIO Group, where needed to provide a product or service you asked for.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE, including in the European Union. Where data leaves the UAE, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. App account data is deleted when you delete your account. Accounting records are kept for the period required by UAE law.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To delete an app account, use the delete option inside the app or email us. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in our apps or on this website.
